Branding on pens: What you need to know
The most common branding options are :
Full colour direct digital print: Can be used to produce both spot colour & full-colour branding on slightly curved surfaces such as pens.
Pad print: One of the most popular ways of branding pens due to its ability to reproduce images on curved products and print multiple colours in a single pass.
Screen print: Achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen. It is an ideal method for branding cylindrical items such as pens.
Laser engrave: Produces a permanent natural finish that becomes part of the pen’s surface. It has a higher perceived value than other forms of branding. However, different materials produce different effects when engraved so to avoid uncertainty pre-production samples are recommended.
